Local craftsmanship is in constant synergy with nature.
Siniscola is the main centre of the historical Baronìe region, between Gallura and Barbagia, on the central-eastern coast of Sardinia.
It is a town of twelve thousand inhabitants, the second most populous in the province of Nuoro, 50 kilometres from Olbia.
It is in this unspoilt environment, between the sea and the mountains, that EjaBio has its farm.
ARTISANS
ALESSANDRO MARTEDDU is a craftsman who works leather, entirely by hand, without the use of electrical machinery. In the name of tradition, it makes different types of bags, shoulder bags and belts. The flagship of its production is ‘sa taschedda sarda’, a typical leather backpack.

LUCA FUNEDDA is a basket weaver artisan. Out of a love for ancient traditions, they make baskets (canistreddas), baskets (pischeddos), stuffed chairs and other everyday objects, rigorously handmade using only locally harvested natural raw materials, such as river straw, reeds, willow, myrtle and olive.

MARIO CASU is a craftsman who comes from a family of ceramists for generations. His creations are all unique pieces of the highest quality, entirely handmade. His ARTES CERAMICHE creates ceramic vases, jugs, plates, cake stands, furnishing accessories and sculptures, both traditional and modern ceramics, experimenting with shapes and colours.

MONICA SOTGIU is a craftswoman who creates furnishing objects. His works are inspired by the richness of the colours, fabrics and jewellery of traditional Sardinian dress. His mirror decorated with fabrics and Sardinian wool is always unique and completely handmade.
