Very special honey harvested in June at an altitude of 900/1200 metres. Period in which, depending on the particular climatic conditions, the territory allows bees a production of honeydew mixed with the nectar of undergrowth flowers (bramble, thyme, chestnut). The result is a very tasty millefiori honey enriched by the warm, malty notes of forest honeydew and intense chestnut.
