It is produced in central and southern Italy, on the Tyrrhenian coast and on the islands, especially Sardinia. Eucalyptus honey is medium aromatic, with a brown colour and a strong, lingering caramel flavour, with a not too sweet taste and a slightly salty aftertaste.
