Its liquid consistency, finely crystallised and very delicate, is reminiscent of the splendour of the flowering meadows of late winter early spring in Sardinia. With its golden colour fading with density, it is highly appreciated by sophisticated palates, who love the deliciousness and sweetness of honey mixed with the aroma of white vanilla flowers. Very delicate (more so than acacia honey) and quite refined, it is perfect with main courses of fish or fine cheeses, as well as with herbal teas and fruit salads.
